x-etera is located at 870 Market Street (where Powell Street ends), Suite 1223. There is also a back entrance at 71 Ellis Street that is easily accessable to the Stockton-Ellis garage.

East Bay - Bay Bridge
Traveling west on I-80, take the 5th Street exit. That‘s the second exit on the left side after crossing the bridge. From the exit you will bear right onto 5th Street. Remain on 5th street until you cross Market. Take the first right onto Ellis. After crossing Powell you will find the Ellis-O’Farrell Parking Garage on the left and an entrance to the Flood Building at 71 Ellis.

Marin - Golden Gate Bridge
Traveling south on 101, take the Lombard Street exit. Remain on Lombard until you reach Van Ness, approximately 1 mile. Turn right onto Van Ness. Remain on Van Ness until O’Farrell Street, another approximate mile. Turn left on to O’Farrell Street and continue past Powell. On your right side you will find the Ellis-O’Farrell Parking Garage. Exit the Ellis side of the garage. The Flood Building is at 71 Ellis.

Peninsula - Highway 101 or 280
Take 101 North to downtown San Francisco. Take the 7th Street exit, turning left onto 7th Street. Remain on 7th Street (about 2 blocks) until Folsom, where you will turn right. Stay on Folsom until you reach 5th Street. Turn left on 5th Street and remain on 5th until you cross Market. Take the first right onto Ellis. After crossing Powell you will find the Ellis-O’Farrell Parking Garage on the left. The entrance to the Flood Building is at 71 Ellis.
